Day 5, 6 & 7 - bodyweight recovery
Bit disappointed with 24 - they've had a year and a half to rewrite and rework and the best they can do is to bring back the dead and rehash of Die Hard 2? Hmm. And haven't we seen the technomagic McGuffin before?
Anyhoo, hopefully it will get better otherwise I'll have a Monday slot free...

Taking a few days off the bells; daily training is pretty draining, with weights even more so.
Simple supersetting circuits
Jungle Gym pushups
Chin ups
Bodyweight jump squats
MP lunges
The ever fun ab wheel. Getting closer to a standing roll out which is nice since I've been trying for years to achieve it!
